MGT 464 Compensation and Benefits

The course is a detailed study of the human resource management function of compensation and benefits design and implementation. This course will help students to learn both the underlying concepts as well as current best practices. After finishing this class, students will understand the many factors that need to be addressed in order to design and implement an effective total compensation and benefits program.
