HRTM 496 Cooperative Educational Experience in Hospitality, Recreation, and Tourism Management

This course is designed to offer students full-time professional working experience in the hospitality, recreation and tourism industry. This 12-credits paid on-the-job learning opportunity requires students to apply theories and principles to practical settings. Upon Co-Op application and approval by the Department of Hospitality, Recreation, and Tourism Management, students must successfully complete a final portfolio presentation and exit interview with a supervising faculty member.
