- Eligibility for Pennsylvania Teacher Certification in Physical Education and Health requires the student to pass the Pre-service Academic Performance Assessment (PAPA) and three Praxis II Exams (Fundamental Subjects: Content Knowledge, Health and Physical Education Content Knowledge; Health Education Content Knowledge).
