This is a graduate level course in Industrial/Organizational (I/O) Psychology covering topics from the “I” side, which include job analysis, recruitment, selection, hiring, training, and performance appraisal, and the “O” side, which include work motivation, job satisfaction, group processes, occupational stress, and leadership.
