FIT 164 Roller Skating

Students receive instruction and practice in the basic skills: proper balance, best skating form, start, stop, forward and backward roll, proper stroking, mohawk turns, crosspulls, fundamental hops and jumps, etc. The course will cover the aerobic aspects as well, including the necessary warm-up stretching exercises for an effective workout.
