Transfer Student Housing

On-campus housing is not guaranteed for transfer students. Some requests can be accommodated, but the number depends upon housing availability from year to year, which is impossible to predict. All transfer students who pay the $175 Advanced Registration Deposit will be sent a link to the housing application via their ESU email account. The application is made on their ESU portal page. Offers are made generally starting in the summer, and on a first-come, first-served basis as space becomes available. Transfer students are also encouraged to contact University Ridge, an off-campus, garden-style apartment complex on the perimeter of campus offering apartment style living with full amenities.
